Arthur always thought that they would run into each other, as Andrew seemed to like the True Love Cafe, and Arthur hung out there all the time, but as of May of 2007, it hasn't happened.
Annie, however, ran into him at the City College campus February 21st, and took a few pictures.
There are around 216 posts that mention the word Taggart in Arthur's blog, so it is safe to say he hasn't really reached closure. Andrew was Arthur's first love, and he didn't take it well when it ended.
